| Footnotes | NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 May 2013 on which day no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte Ltd, 3 Anson Road #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2013 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend. Payment of the proposed fi nal dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2013 will be made on 22 May 2013.
