| Description | UOL Group Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that there is an inadvertent typographical error on page 162 of the Annual Report 2012 which was dispatched to shareholders of the Company on 3 April 2013 and 12 April 2013 in CD-ROM and printed copy respectively. The total number of shares in which Dr Wee Cho Yaw, a substantial shareholder of the Company, has an interest (direct and deemed), should be 238,376,735 instead of 2,381,376,735. The amended page 162 is attached. The Company wishes to apologise for the error. |
