| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to shareholders' approval being obtained for the proposed first and final dividend of S$0.0015 for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 at the 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 7 May 2013 for the purpose of determining entitlements of ordinary shareholders to the first and final dividend.
