Dockwise Ltd:Suspension of Trading in the Dockwise share

Breda, the Netherlands, 18 April 2013. In order to facilitate orderly settlement in relation to the ongoing compulsory acquisition of shares under Bermuda law in Dockwise Ltd. ("Dockwise"), trading in the Dockwise share on OSE will be suspended from and including Monday 22 April 2013, and, accordingly, the last trading day will be 19 April 2013. The remaining Dockwise shares in VPS will be acquired by Boskalis Holding B.V. on 24 April 2013, and payment in respect of such shares through the VPS will take place on 26 April 2013. Trades that are not settled by 24 April 2012 will be withdrawn and deleted. Shares held in Euroclear will be settled on 26 April 2013.
