Weaver in the voting rights in Agennix AG, Im Neuenheimer Feld 515, 69120 Heidelberg, Germany, on 4 April 2013 fell below the threshold of 5 % and on this day amounts to 4.20 %. This corresponds to 2,152,294 voting rights arising out of 2,152,294 shares in Agennix AG.
3.78 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (1,936,005 voting rights) are attributed to James D. Weaver pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1 Securities Trading Act. The chain of controlled undertaking is as follows

0.42 % of all voting rights in Agennix AG (216,289 voting rights) are directly held by James D. Weaver as trustee with sole power of disposition of two trusts incorporated under the laws of Texas.
2. On April 18, 2013 Margaret W. Weaver, USA, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act, that the stake of Margaret W. Weaver in the voting rights in Agennix AG, Im Neuenheimer Feld 515, 69120 Heidelberg, Germany, on 28 August 2012 fell below the threshold of 5 % and on this day amounts to 3.78 %. This corresponds to 1,936,005 voting rights arising out of 1,936,005 shares in Agennix AG.
All of these voting rights are attributed to Margaret W. Weaver pursuant to section 22 para. 1 no. 1 Securities Trading Act. The chain of controlled undertaking is as follows:
