MUNICH (dpa-AFX) - Linde AG (LDE.L, LNAGF.PK) reported the election of new Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting. Franz Fehrenbach was elected as a new shareholder representative on the Supervisory Board. Matthew Miau, Taiwan, retired from the Supervisory Board.
At the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board held immediately after the AGM, the members confirmed Manfred Schneider as their Chairman. Schneider has been a member of Linde AG's Supervisory Board since 29 May 2001 and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 27 May 2003.
