| Description | The Board of Directors of Armstrong Industrial Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has decided to voluntarily liquidate Armstrong Technology (Dalian) Co Ltd ("ATD"), under members' voluntary liquidation. ATD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. A Committee of Liquidators as required by PRC laws has been set up to oversee the liquidation process of ATD. The voluntary liquidation of ATD is not expected to have any significant effect on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2013.
