| Footnotes | NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the approval of shareholders being obtained at the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the payment of the final tax-exempt (1-tier) dividend, the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 July 2013 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Board Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 5 July 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed dividend. The final tax-exempt (1-tier) dividend of 3 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2012, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 26 July 2013. |
