NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on May 2, 2013 to immediately apply observation status
to AS ""VEF Radiotehnika RRR" (RRR1R, ISIN code: LV0000100972) according to the
NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5.
The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Observation status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules.
Observation status will be applied due to AS "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" failure to submit its audited annual report of 2012 by May 2, 2013. The purpose of assigning observation status is to alert the market participants.
