In conjunction with a review of the management structure and in a follow-up to the changes implemented in 2012, a change occurred in the Supervisory Board of SIA Merks, a subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus, whereby Ivars Geidans has been removed from the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board of SIA Merks will continue with three Members: Andres Trink (Chairman), Tõnu Toomik and Jaan Mäe. Oskars Ozolins and Janis Å perbergs will continue on the Management Board of the company.
