Information on the Ordinary Annual General Meeting 2013

At the Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Komax Holding AG, held in Lucerne on 3 May 2013, the company's shareholders approved the annual report, the financial statements of Komax Holding AG and the consolidated financial statements for the 2012 financial year. In line with the proposal of the Board of Directors, a dividend of CHF 2.00 from capital contribution reserves will be paid for the 2012 financial year. As a result, the payout ratio for the financial year 2012 comes to 68 percent. Ex-date is 7 May 2013 and payment date is 10 May 2013.

Prof. Dr Roland Siegwart was appointed a new member to the Board of Directors for a three-year term of office. In addition, the Annual General Meeting appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers AG for a further year as statutory auditors and granted the Board of Directors and Executive Committee discharge for the 2012 financial year.
