| Description | The Board of Directors of City Developments Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that CBM International Pte. Ltd. ("CBM International"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBM Pte. Ltd., which is in turn an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had incorporated an associated company known as CBM Facilities Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("CBM FMT"). CBM International has a 49% interest in CBM FMT and the remaining 50.99% and 0.01% interests are held by M.T.R. Assets Managers Co., Ltd. and Mr Chatumongol Sonakul respectively.
