Rejlers: Rejlers acquires Norwegian consulting company

Rejlers has entered into an agreement to acquire the Norwegian consulting company Omega Elkraft AS with 36 employees. The company is specialized within the power sector.

"Omega Elkraft has many experienced employees who will contribute in a positive way to Rejlers continuous development in Norway. By the acquisition we reinforce the supply of technical consulting services for our customers in the growing region of Oslo", says Eva Nygren, CEO and President in Rejlers.

Omega Elkraft offers technical consulting services within the electric field to network owners and operators of different kinds of electric power plants. The company has also assignments for the public administration, electrical power producers and other private actors. The company has a turnover of 39 million NOK in 2012. The company has offices in Oslo and Sarpsborg.

The acquisition of Omega Elkraft has to be approved by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
