| Description | Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited ("OCBC Bank") wishes to announce that the Shanghai Financial Services Office has on 25 April 2013 approved the establishment of a Renminbi fund - OCBC Capital (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund, L.P. ( åŽä¾æ˜ŸåŸŽ (上海) è‚¡æƒæŠ•èµ"基é‡'åˆä¼™ä¼ä¸šï¼ˆæœ‰é™åˆä¼™)） ("OCEIF"). OCEIF will be managed by OCBC Capital (Shanghai) Equity Investment Management Co. Ltd ( åŽä¾æ˜ŸåŸŽ (上海) è‚¡æƒæŠ•èµ"管ç†æœ‰é™å…¬å¸), which is wholly-owned by OCBC Bank's subsidiary, OCBC Capital Investment (Asia) Limited. OCEIF, with fund size of USD100 million, is established under the Shanghai's Qualified Foreign Limited Partner Program to promote private equity investment activities in China. OCEIF received its business license from the Shanghai Administration of Industry and Commerce on 10 May 2013. |
