360 VOX Corporation Announces Results of Its Annual General and Special Meeting

MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/13 -- 360 VOX Corporation ("360 VOX" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: VOX) is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on September 26, 2013. Full details of the meeting are set out in the Notice of Meeting and Information Circular issued in connection with the Meeting, which is available at www.sedar.com.

The following matters were voted on at the Meeting:

1. Election of Directors

     The Company's shareholders voted in favour of the election of Ned
     Goodman, Robin Conners, Ross McCredie, Brahm Gelfand, David Oliver,
     Ronald Singer and Arnold Cader as directors of the Company to hold
     office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their
     successors are elected or appointed.

  2. Appointment of KPMG LLP as Auditor

     The Company's shareholders voted in favour of the appointment of KPMG
     LLP as the Company's auditor until the next annual meeting of
     shareholders or until its successor is duly appointed.

  3. Approval of Omnibus Long Term Plan

     The Company's shareholders voted in favour of the new long-term
     incentive plan approved by the Board of Directors on November 15, 2012.

  4. Approval of Awards

     The Company's shareholders voted in favour of the awards conditionally
     awarded by the Board of Directors on November 15, 2012 and May 13, 2013
     to certain officers of the Company subject to the terms of the new
     long-term incentive plan.

After the Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the following appointments to serve in those capacities until the next annual meeting of shareholders:

--  Ned Goodman as Chairman of the Board of Directors
--  Robin Conners as President and Chief Executive Officer
--  Ross McCredie as Chief Operating Officer
--  Colin Yee as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

The following directors were appointed to the following committees:

--  Audit Committee: Ronald Singer (Chair), Brahm Gelfand, Arnold Cader
--  Compensation Committee: Arnold Cader (Chair), Brahm Gelfand, Ronald
    Singer
--  Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee: Brahm Gelfand (Chair),
    Arnold Cader, Ronald Singer
