LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Capita plc, (CPI.L), a provider of BPO and integrated professional support service solutions, Thursday said that its current joint Chief Operating Officer Andy Parker will additionally take on the role of Deputy Chief Executive from June 1. Parker along with Vic Gysin will be reporting to Paul Pindar, Chief Executive.
Andy joined Capita in 2001 and was appointed to the Board in January 2011. Previously, he led the commercial function at Phoenix IT Group across both operations and major sales and held senior UK and international finance roles at Misys PLC.
