Topdanmark's holding of own shares now represents 5.00% of the share capital. Since its latest announcement of the holding of own shares in announcement No. 08/2013, the holding has increased from 4.81%.
This announcement is being published with reference to Sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act.
In 2013 to date Topdanmark has bought back own shares for DKK 832m, which leaves a balance of DKK 1,318m of the 2013 buy-back.
