WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - OfficeMax Incorporated (OMX), a provider of office supplies, technology and services, Monday said that it has set a date for a special meeting of its shareholders to consider and vote on the merger of equals with Office Depot, Inc. (ODP), previously announced on February 20, 2013, and certain other matters. The special meeting is to be held on July 10 at 10 a.m. and shareholders of record as of May 28 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
