WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - CBS Corp. (CBS) revealed in a regulatory filing on Friday that Chief Executive Officer Leslie Moonves received a compensation package valued at $57.2 million in 2014, down from prior year's $66.93 million.
Mass Media company revealed this in an annual preliminary proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Moonves' 2014 pay package included a base salary of $3.5 million, bonus of $25 million and $14.5 million in stock awards.
CBS Chairman Sumner Redstone's compensation package was valued at $10.8 million and included no stock or option awards, which was also the case in 2013. Redstone had a total package valued at $57.1 million last year, which included a $45.4 million favorable change in the value of his pension.
Meanwhile, the filing also shows a rise in total 2014 compensation for Chief Operating Officer Joseph Ianniell to $27.03 million from 2013's $24.57 million.
