WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) revealed earnings for its third quarter that gained ground from last year.
The company said its bottom line climbed to $236.04 million, or $1.26 per share. This was up from $217.36 million, or $1.15 per share, in last year's third quarter.
Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.26 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company said revenue for the quarter rose 8.4% to $627.60 million. This was up from $578.71 million last year.
