TOKYO (dpa-AFX) - Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAPSY.OB) Friday reported that its full-year profit attributable to owners of the parent slid nearly 6 percent to 164.17 billion yen. Basic earnings per share was 456.56 yen, lower than last year's 481.29 yen.
Operating profit declined by 18.6 percent year on year to 170.33 billion yen, and ordinary profit decreased 21.1 percent to 165.01 billion yen.
Annual operating revenues slid 3.6 percent year-on-year to 1.289 trillion yen.
For the fiscal year 2018, the Airlines projects net income attributable to owners of parent of 100.0 billion yen, and operating revenues of 1.33 trillion yen.
