Nominierung eines nicht-exekutiven Mitglieds des Verwaltungsrates
Dublin - 17. Mai 2017 - Cosmo Pharmaceuticals N.V. (SIX: COPN) gab heute bekannt, dass - in Übereinstimmung mit den Erläuterungen zu Traktandum 7 der nächsten Generalversammlung, welche am 24. Mai 2017 stattfinden wird - die Aktionäre und der Verwaltungsrat von Cosmo Pharmaceuticals N.V. («Cosmo») die Gelegenheit erhalten haben, einen Kandidaten für die Position als nicht-exekutives Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates vorzuschlagen. Nach sorgfältiger Abwägung empfiehlt der Verwaltungsrat, Frau Eimear Cowhey durch die Generalversammlung vom 24. Mai 2017 als nicht-exekutive Verwaltungsrätin zu ernennen. Der Verwaltungsrat hat eine eingehende Suche durchgeführt und ist überzeugt, dass Frau Cowhey bedeutende Qualifikationen mitbringt, um den Verwaltungsrat mit signifikanten zusätzlichen Kenntnissen zu verstärken.
Frau Eimear Cowhey wird zur Wahl als nicht-exekutives Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates für eine Amtsdauer von 1 Jahr vorgeschlagen (beginnend ab dem Datum der Generalversammlung).
