branding agency, announced today that it has entered into an agreement
to purchase out-of-home advertising placement agency, Executive Media
Network (EMN). The transaction is subject to standard due-diligence
and negotiation and execution of definitive agreements. It is
scheduled to close on or before October 1, 2005.
Founded in 1998, EMN has created a worldwide media display network that enables advertisers to target premium airline travelers, an elusive audience of affluent, decision making consumers.
