SAN ANTONIO (AFX) - Clear Channel Communications Inc., the nation's largest operator of radio stations, said Wednesday its board is reviewing 'strategic alternatives' to enhance shareholder value.
The company, which has retained Goldman Sachs as its financial adviser, said in a statement it would not elaborate further 'unless a specific transaction is approved by its board.'
