STOCKHOLM (AFX) - Shares in Stockholm were higher in midday trade, buoyed by positive US futures, lower oil prices and a slightly stronger US dollar, brokers said.
At 12.30 pm the OMX Stockholm index was up 0.61 pct at 373.61, and the OMX Stockholm 30 up 0.56 pct at 1,147.91. Turnover was 4.907 bln skr.
Ericsson B was underperforming the broader market, flat at 27.75.
The rest of the market as overwhelmingly higher.
Among the telecom operators TeliaSonera was up 0.87 pct at 57.75, and Tele2 B was up 1.02 pct at 99.50.
Among engineering stocks, Sandvik was up 0.77 pct at 98.50, Atlas Copco A up 0.89 pct at 227, and SKF B up 1.40 pct at 127.
