LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Vonage announced today that the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has partially remanded a March jury verdict in the District Court in Alexandria, Virginia that the company infringed on three Verizon patents.
The company said the court remanded the infringement verdict on the 880 patent and affirmed the verdict on the 574 and 711 patents.
Further, it said the court vacated the entire award of 58 mln usd in damages and the 5.5 pct royalty.
