FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Vivendi SA's Canal Plus is poised to complete the acquisition of German film company Kinowelt Group for 70 mln eur, Leipziger Volkszeitung reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
Kinowelt owner Michael Koelmel has been working out details of the sales contract with Canal Plus since Tuesday, the newspaper said.
Kinowelt management declined to comment on the matter, it said.
