NEW YORK (AP) - The chief technology officer of Juniper Networks Inc., which develops networking products, sold 100,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Pradeep Sindhu reported he sold the shares for $25.62 apiece on Wednesday. Sindhu reported owning the shares indirectly, through a family trust.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Juniper is based in Sunnyvale, Calif.
