LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Independent News & Media Plc. said chief executive Anthony O'Reilly bought 1 million shares at 2.12 euros each, lifting his stake to about 225.19 million shares or about 27.10 percent of the company.
Separately, the company said Vincent Crowley, chief executive of Irish business, has exercised option over 221,940 shares at 1.4147 euros each, lifting his stake to 531,870 shares or about 0.06 percent of the company.
