BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - China's central bank said growth in property loans eased in the first quarter.
In its monetary report for the first quarter, the central bank said that outstanding property loans reached 5.01 trln yuan at the end of the first quarter, up 25.7 pct year-on-year.
That was down from the 30.6 pct year-on-year growth recorded at the end of 2007.
