MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Share prices closed higher, supported by the lower trend in the oil price, and led by Fiat after it reiterated full year 2008 and 2009 targets alongside strong second quarter results, brokers said.
The Mibtel index was up 1.89 percent at 22,156 points and the S&P/Mib up 2.16 percent at 28,841.
