JAKARTA, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Indonesian state oil and gas regulator and marketer BPMIGAS awarded a tender to sell 300,000 barrels of September-loading Senipah condensate at a lower premium, a company source said on Friday.
BPMIGAS sold the cargo to French major Total, at a premium of around 15 cents a barrel to the Senipah Indonesia Crude Price (ICP), the source added, down from a 25-cent premium in the previous tender, which had also been won by Total.
BPMIGAS has been offering Senipah through tenders over the past few months as Indonesian petrochemical plant Trans Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (TPPI), a large buyer of the sweet condensate, remains shut after having been forced to stop operations in late February because of port problems.
