LONDON, Aug 28 (Reuters) - RTE EDF Transport SA, a unit of French utility EDF <EDF.PA>, plans to sell a ten-year euro benchmark bond, an official at one of the banks managing the sale said on Thursday.
Guidance has been set at mid-swaps plus around 55 basis points, the official said.
Calyon, HSBC, JP Morgan and Societe Generale are managing the sale, which is expected to be priced later in the session.
RTE EDF Transport is rated AA- by Standard & Poor's.
