LONDON (Thomson Financial) - X5 Retail Group N.V. said it has received approval from the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (the 'FAS') of the rules developed by the company for its dealings with suppliers in St. Petersburg in relation to its purchase of the Karusel hypermarket chain.
