NEW YORK, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Closed-end fund Solar Senior Capital Ltd priced shares in its initial public offering in line with the expected price, raising $160 million on Thursday, an underwriter said.
The fund, focused on senior secured loans, sold 8 million shares for $20 as planned.
It is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol 'SUNS' on Friday, the underwriter said.
Underwriters on the offering were led by Citi, Wells Fargo Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities.
