NEW YORK, April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Oil States International Inc. will replace NewAlliance Bancshares Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400 index, and LivePerson Inc. will replace Oil States International in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Thursday, April 14, 2011. S&P MidCap 400 constituent First Niagara Financial Group Inc. is acquiring NewAlliance in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.
