IEVC Provides Platform for Leaders Across Entire Electric Mobility Ecosystem to Collaborate
IEEE, the world's largest professional association advancing technology for humanity, today announced the call for papers for the first IEEE International Electric Vehicle Conference (IEVC). The deadline for submissions is 15 October 2011.
| Â | ||
WHAT: | IEEE International Electric Vehicle Conference (IEVC).
| Â | ||
| IEVC will provide an interactive forum for members of the rapidly growing electric mobility ecosystem to exchange ideas and discuss new trends in technology, engineering, standards and deployment aspects of the electric vehicle industry on a global scale. | ||
| Â | ||
IEVC is co-sponsored with Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR), an advanced-technology research campus founded in 2003 and ranked in the Top 10 Automotive Colleges and Universities in the United States.
| Â | ||
WHEN: | 4-8 March 2012. | |
| Â | ||
WHERE: | Greenville, South Carolina, USA.
| Â | ||
WHO: | IEVC will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders including electrical vehicle engineers, component and infrastructure system developers, automobile manufacturers, utility experts, corporate executives, technical analysts, researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, legislators, regulators and standardization experts who share a joint interest in the transformation of the transportation industry via electrification.
| Â | ||
HOW: | Extended abstracts outlining details of the proposed session should be submitted by the deadline: 15 October 2011.
| Â | ||
| Session topics will include: | ||
