Rock Energy Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: RCKE.QB- News) announced today the postponement of the appointment of Bobby Cooper to the Board of Directors.
The appointment has been postponed due to a potential conflict of interest between Rock Energy Resources, Inc. and Mr. Cooper. Rock Energy Resources, Inc. may have an interest in acquiring certain properties held by Mr. Cooper.
Rocky V. Emery stated, "We appreciate Bobby's willingness to participate on our Board of Directors. However, at this time we believe it is more prudent to work with Bobby in a different capacity."
