Leading SRI Firm Exhibitor on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
Calvert Investments, one of the nation's leading sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) management firms, will be the only financial-industry exhibitor at the U.S.'s largest Earth Day celebration on April 21 and 22 on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The event, sponsored by Earth Day Network, offers free music, entertainment, celebrity speakers and environment-focused activities for children and adults.
Calvert has planned several activities in the event's "Eco-Village" area to celebrate and participate in this event. The Calvert exhibit will be located near the corner of 13th Street and Jefferson Drive SW on the National Mall grounds.
- "Walk the Green CarpetTM" Get the celebrity treatment by walking the green carpet and posing for a photo to commemorate your participation in the special day.
- Join or just listen in on "Environment Chats" with Calvert's experts. In the booths, we are hosting a series of five minute "chats" on a variety of topics that we engage on such as alternative energy and water scarcity.
- Attend a sneak preview of our new short film on water. For the first time, Calvert will screen a sneak preview of our new short film on the emerging global water crisis and how investors can act.
