| Description | The Board of Directors of Ezra Holdings Limited ("Ezra") wishes to announce that Lewek Ruby Shipping Pte Ltd ("Lewek Ruby Shipping"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ezra, has incorporated an associated company known as Fode & Emas Joint Venture Company Limited ("FEJV") in Federal Republic of Nigeria. FEJV has an initial issued and paid-up capital of 10 million Nigerian Naira. Lewek Ruby Shipping has a 40% interest in FEJV, with Field Offshore Design Engineering Nigeria Limited holding the remaining 60% interest. None of the directors or controlling shareholders of Ezra has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction. |
