WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Kroger Co. (KR) said Friday that associates working at Kroger stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area have ratified a new labor agreement with UFCW Local 1000.
The contract covers 9,450 associates working in 92 stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
'We are pleased to reach an agreement that provides our associates a solid compensation package of pay and benefits, including affordable health care and pension for retirement,' said Bill Breetz, president of Kroger's Southwest Division.
