Standard Pacific Homes Unveils All New Home Designs In North Douglas County, CO

DENVER, Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Standard Pacific Homes, one of the nation's leaders in homebuilding quality, today announced the grand opening of Heirloom in North Douglas County, CO. Nestled amongst scenic hiking trails and abundant recreational amenities, the new community showcases Standard Pacific Homes' all-new architectural concepts through a collection of 10 single-family home designs. A grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday, November 3. Doors open at 11 a.m. with a culinary demonstration and seasonal food tasting set to begin promptly at 2 p.m.

With more square footage dedicated to the places where people spend the majority of their time, the homes also provide multiple options such as finished basements, three-car garages and flexible living spaces.

All of the homes within Heirloom will be ENERGY STAR® certified, which means that the homes meet rigorous energy standards developed by a joint program of the Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
