has retained Keen Realty, LLC to market the company's private schools
in California, Idaho, and Vermont. The Running Springs, CA, Bonners
Ferry, ID, and Naples, ID schools were recently closed, while the
Sutton, VT school is still operating. The Brown Schools provided
alternative educational programs in an alternative setting for at-risk
students, including those with special education needs. Their programs
offered a proven, safe alternative that fully integrated academic,
therapeutic, emotional growth and adventure learning. The Brown
Schools, Inc. and its subsidiaries filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
petitions on March 25, 2005 in the District of Delaware. Keen Realty
