TAIPEI (AFX) - The average spot prices of 512 megabit (Mb) Double Data Rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR2 DRAM) chips were higher in the afternoon session, compared to their closing levels yesterday, DRAMeXchange statistics showed.
The exchange said the average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 533MHz DDR2 DRAMs was up 0.19 pct at 5.05 usd, and that of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 667MHz DDR2 DRAMs was up 0.39 pct at 5.14.
Separately, the DRAMeXchange said the 256Mb, 32Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs were up 1.58 pct from yesterday at 2.47 usd apiece, while the average spot price of 256Mb, 16Mx16, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was stable at 2.12 usd.
The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was flat at 4.88, it added.
