FRANKFURT (AFX) - Deutsche Lufthansa AG said its overall load factor in September was 73.8 pct, up 1.6 percentage points year-on-year.
The passenger load factor was 78.7 pct, up 0.2 percentage point, while the cargo load factor rose 4.5 percentage points to 68.4 pct.
The overall load factor measures how much an airline has sold of its total available capacity, both seats and cargo.
Passenger traffic measured in revenue passenger kilometres (RPK) rose 0.9 pct year-on-year in September.
