The issue price is Euro 0.01 Euro per convertible bond. Existing shareholders have the right to exercise their pre-emptive rights based on a issue ratio 1:5 (five convertible bonds for one existing share) resulting in 100,000,000 convertible bonds being issued. The duration of the convertible bond is one year, ending 31st of August 2009. The subscription period starts on July 30, 2008 and ends on August 13, 2008. The proceeds from the issue will mainly be used for the acquisition of its first biomass power plant project in XingHua, China.
