
General Growth Properties, Inc. ("GGP") announced today that it has filed an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). GGP expects the shares of its common stock to begin trading on the NYSE on March 5, 2010, under the symbol "GGP." Until that time, GGP's common stock will continue to trade in the over-the-counter securities market operated by Pink OTC Markets under the symbol "GGWPQ."
