DETROIT, Nov 1 (Reuters) - NISSAN MOTOR CO LTD North American President Carlos Tavares, in a speech Monday to the Automotive Press Association:
* Says Nissan and Infiniti October U.S. sales will show double-digit rise from year ago
* Says fleet sales are 10 percent to 12 percent of total U.S. sales, expects same rate going forward
* Nissan's Tavares says he expects electric vehicles will comprise 10 percent
of global vehicles by 2020
