
Turkcell, Turkey's largest mobile operator, was not immediately available for comment.
Turkish media recently exposed an alleged wire-tapping ring, in which Turkcell employees were reportedly involved in supplying information.
Turkcell Chief Executive Sureyya Ciliv said in reaction to the intial reports it was not legally or technically possible for Turkcell employees to have acted in this way.
