Generix Group announces a stake acquisition in Sologlobe Logistics Inc
Paris, September 14, 2016 - Generix Group, Industrial, Logistical and Retail Ecosystems provider with leading Collaborative Software Solutions, announces today the signing of a preliminary accord to take a majority stake in the Canadian Company Sologlobe Logistique Inc, specialized in Supply Chain solutions.
With a CAD $6 millions revenue, Sologlobe Logistics Inc is a Company specialized in Supply Chain solutions. This project of acquisition will allow to Generix Group to better support its customers in the North American continent and will contribute positively to the Group's results.
This project of a mojority stake acquisition should be finalized early October.
